Entire product units are required for repairs and service, please ensure that all components are included.

Please note that due to our rigorous infection control policies, Novis is unable to accept the return of any product
that has not been suitably sanitised. Any products found to be un-sanitised on their return to Novis will be sent back
to the sender at the sender’s cost.
